Shunsui and Sushi Kyuu group is opening new outlets and looking for sushi/kappo executive chef to be on board with us.
With our aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for talented sushi chefs with passion who can be the head of the kitchen at the new outlet after getting 6 to 12 months experience at our existing outlets.
Working Hours: 5.5 Days/week
Job Scope
-Prepare ingredients daily
-Serving sushi and side dishes over the counter to customers
-Create omakase course time to time
-Manage ingredients order to Japan and local supplier
-Educate junior chefs and guide them in daily operation
-Report to the management team
Requirement
-Minimum 5 year of experience as a sushi/kappo chef at relevant Japanese restaurant
