Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Processing employee payroll.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits packages.
- Managing employee relations and encouraging employee engagement.
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Manage employee's monthly claim
- Work closely with various departments on billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounts.
- File and Submit CPF/ GST/ annual tax submissions.
- Preparation Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Prefer at least 3 years work experience in Singapore’s Accounting & Finance field / Human Resource
- Prefer have Professional Certificate like Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/ ACCA/ LCCI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ related Software and System.
- Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Analytical and hands-on team player.
