Job Description:
- Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll for foreign workers
- Validating, checking and managing timekeeping systems through collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Work with respective Site Personnel pertaining to payroll matters.
- Providing information and answering questions about workers payroll-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating HRIS accurately and promptly
- Submission of wages information through IR21 submission to IRAS.
- Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees
- Any other related ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in Construction. Marine & Process Sector
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures.
- Good application knowledge through using OWFAS and WP online system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
- Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs
- Able to work independently and a team player
