Job Description:
- Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning.
- Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)
- Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
- Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
- Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
- Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management
- 7-10 years experience in Building Environment
- Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
- Completed min 5 project cycles
- Good Leadership skill
