Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage industrial projects, ensuring they are completed according to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Manage client expectations and provide solutions to any issues or changes in project scope.
- Travel to project sites, client meetings, and other locations as required.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee on-site project activities to ensure compliance with project plans and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Must possess own car (Transport allowance will be given)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
