The sales and educator is responsible for using their knowledge of our Company’s products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the Company. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
Job Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable about the Company’s products and services.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of products/services to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products/services.
- To make use of current technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Experience in salon professional sales and education to provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- To plan, develop and deliver appropriate learning plans for individual or group salon.
- Promoting products to increase sales and collaborating with other sales team members to meet service and sales goals.
- To achieve the monthly sales and education target.
- To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels.
- 5 years and above salon training experience as a hair educator.
- 2 years and above in sales position.
- Good command written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good in customer visiting route and cold call planning.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
