Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operational duties for the company.
- In-charge for employee on-boarding and off-boarding end-to-end lifecycle procedures.
- Assist in recruitment activities by liaising with external recruiters to attract the best talents for the company.
- Business partnering with department heads and provide hiring advices for their respective recruitment needs.
- Prepare, draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents for employees.
- Manage the application and renewal processes for work passes.
- Lead the initiative for employee engagements and improvement acvitivies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and wellfare programme.
- Handle employee relations and grievances matter.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.
- Involve and support in HR projects.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferbaly with HRBP experience.
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
