About the Client:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document
- Capturing , analyzing and eliciting business Requirements.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues related to requirements.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
- As subject matter expert, should maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes
- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly
- Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree with more than 5 years as IT Business Analyst.
- Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking.
- Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP(NEFT), Immediate Payments (IMPS), UPI.2.0, BillDesk, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments
- Experience in elaborating JIRA stories
- Agile product development experience
- Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore
- Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices
- API /SWIFT experience.
