Responsibilities:
- Responsible to be part of the development and upgrading of our building facilities which will involve in planning and managing all projects assigned to effectively meet the cost, time and quality targets and also ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements and corporate goals and objectives.
- To facilitate product selections, budget/funding, procurement, delivery and/or any related activities between Users, design consultants, contractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture, Fittings & Equipment required for the commencement of operations.
- Ensure the budget accounting are properly updated and in order.
Requirements:
i. Bachelor in Architecture or Project Facilities Management or equivalent.
ii. Relevant experience in building development or project management in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
iii. Well versed in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
iv. Good team player - experience in good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills essential.
