RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in arranging interviews with potential candidates and preparing relevant documentations for selected candidates
- Administer internal training portal for all employees
- Administer staff movement on insurance portal and monthly report generation on claims history
- Timely submission of government claims
- Assist in all staff claims related matters
- Manage creation of staff photo IDs
- Create and upkeep employees’ p-files
- Order stationery as and when required
- Responsible for petty cash management
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years working experience as HR Generalist or related roles
- Good in Ms Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Good command of interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, very meticulous and systematic
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
