Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and processing invoices for payment and ensure all AP transactions are processed timely and accurately.
- Review request of new vendor creation in accounting systems and ensure policy and procedures are strictly adhere to.
- Provide strong support and guidance to junior staff and able to take initiative to resolve disputes pertaining to Accounts Payable (primarily) & Accounts Recievable matters.
- Support Finance Manager with adhoc projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior AP experience is a must (1-2 years) and good to have AR experience as well but not a must.
- Comfortable with renewable contract (1 Year) with completion bonus
