Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site projects, focusing on quality control, compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
- Implement best practices and maintain high standards in project management processes, including supplier/client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resource planning, costing, budgeting, and documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor project progress, providing regular updates and comprehensive reports to clients and the organization.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years in site management, project management, or a related role within the construction or renovation industry.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform risk analysis and take corrective action as needed.
