Job Title: Chef de Partie (Production Shift)

RESPONSIBILITES
- Prepare and cook for production misen plus (Sauce, Soup, pasta etc) according to the restaurant's standards
- Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- 6 days work week Sunday Off
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine and preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work without much supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Candidate with lesser experience can start as Trainee Position
