Remuneration:
- $3,500 - $4,000 with AWS and Variable Bonus

- Tuas (transport pickup available)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-house testing, including but not limited to Bulk Density, Insolubility Index, Flavour, Odour, and Colour.
- Assist in the preparation of trial samples for R&D.
- Prepare trial and reference samples of raw materials.
- Retrieve raw material samples for trial preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lab at all times.
- Adhere to 5S methodology consistently.
- Manage and arrange for proper sample disposal.
- Update and maintain lab inventory records.
- Prepare lab reports for management approval before production.
- Assist in investigations related to physical-chemical issues and complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing industries, preferably in dairy products.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
