Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing of prospective candidates through resume screening, shortlisting and evaluating via various recruitment channels.
- Manage the database of candidates and adopt good HR recruitment practices.
- Liaising with hiring managers to evaluate suitable candidates for job positions.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation, training, check-ins, team introductions, and performance reviews, ensuring smooth integration and feedback.
- Organizing and liaising for new joiners’ welcome event.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree.
- Good communications and multi -tasking skills.
- Adept in using job portal platform to source for prospective candidates.
- Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience will be and added advantage.
- Able to start on short notice.
- Base Salary + Performance incentive.
