As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the logistics and real estate sectors. Your expertise in financial modelling, market analysis, and investment transactions will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modelling and due diligence for logistics real estate transactions, ensuring that projects align with investment strategies and yield positive returns.
- Market Research: Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the logistics and real estate sectors, providing actionable insights to the investment committee.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and external partners, to ensure project alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Asset Management: Participate in the asset management of logistics portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to strategic goals.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior management and the investment committee, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics fund management, real estate, or investment analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with logistics real estate transactions and asset management.
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics, particularly within the whole Asia Area, especially in east Asia and south Asia.
