Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Adani Group in Singapore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions to support the organisation's growth and objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Assist in payroll related matters. Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Accurate submission of statutory monthly and/or yearly periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims /annual income tax declaration/ ad-hoc IR21 etc.
  • Complete the payroll report required by Finance such as monthly payroll costs, annual leave accrual costs, and annual wage supplement accrual costs
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in our HR database system.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection process and implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement.
  • HR administrative such as maintaining employee files and other documents.
  • Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims, Childcare leave claims
  • Insurance and Medical administration for eligible staff
  • Leave and attendance management.
  • Performance management, Provide support to managers and employees during confirmation

Skills/Competency:

  • Understand and familiar with the Employment Act.
  • Ministry of Manpower’s passes application knowledge
  • Good in MS office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Good in English communication
  • Flexible and open to change, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource functional areas (i.e. including Payroll Processing)
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act & statutory regulations
  • Analytical with good problem solving skills
