Our client, a Top Prestigious company is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial for their growing organization.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end to end administration of assigned portfolio of Singapore companies
- Liaising with clients and internal parties with regards to the onboarding, client due diligence and risk assessment of business
- Assisting with the review on a corporate governance and transactional basis on documents and resolutions, attending to statutory filings in accordance with the applicable deadlines, maintaining
- statutory records and coordinating of the timely signing of documentation
- -Assisting with the preparation and circulation of notices of board and/or shareholders' meetings, minutes of board and/or shareholders' meetings
- -Preparing and overseeing production of client invoices in line with agreed fee quotes and manage cash collection process
- -Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
- -Undertake any project work as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experiences in Corporate secretarial
- Knowledge in Corporate Secretarial for Singapore companies is essential. Experience in Offshore firms is of an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
- Excellent management and influencing skills. A role model and team player
