Responsibilities:
1. Search and screen potential candidates across various recruitment platforms and proactively reach out to them.
2. Attract outstanding candidates to join the team and maintain regular communication with existing candidates.
3. Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely completion of recruitment tasks.
Qualifications:
1. HR or Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 1 year of experience in headhunting and talent sourcing.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher background.
3. Understanding the Web3 industry is a plus point
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong paperwork skills.
6. Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and recruitment processes.
7. Proficient in English and Fluent Chinese.
