Our client is a renowned infrastructure and energy company with strong presence in Singapore and Asia. They are currently recruiting for a seasoned Senior Manager to cover corporate finance and M&A to drive M&A and strategic expansion for their continuous growth plan in Singapore. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suit stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance VP, you will be taking charge of end-to-end M&A deals and business development and investment opportunity in Singapore. You will be involved in project financing activities with banks and establish relationship and networks for business expansions. You will be involved in market research, industry analysis, due diligence and building financial models. Working closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must be
- Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
- At least 5-10 years of M&A, corporate finance experience.
- Prior experience in infrastructure/Energy/Engineering/Utilities is highly preferred.
- Preferred candidate who has worked with project financing exposure.
- Additionally, strong communication skills is required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
