Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities


● Develop a pipeline of potential clients to expand the Agency’s portfolio.

● Engage with leads to schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.

● Conduct comprehensive market research on clients, their industries, and competitors.

● Initiate and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, engaging with key executives and stakeholders.

● Respond to Tender opportunities by collaborating with department heads and teams to deliver compelling proposals.

● Create marketing proposals, offer recommendations, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

● Grow the value of accounts brought into the agency by effectively managing and nurturing client relationships.

● Participate in agency pitches for new clients to showcase agency capabilities and win new business.

● Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account management.

● Craft project briefs based on client discussions, outlining their needs, objectives, and project specifics for internal teams.

● Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to prepare for presentations and proposals.

● Ability to effectively communicate and clarify processes and technical aspects aligned with project requirements.

● Generate quotations based on service rate cards and client budgets.


Requirements


● In-depth knowledge of Brand Management, Video Production, Post Production, Integrated Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

● Good business acumen and strong understanding of branding and marketing practices.

● Familiarity with current trends in digital technologies, including social media, performance marketing, programmatic display advertising, and influencer marketing.

● Possess either a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a sales-related role within a medium-sized agency environment.

● Proven ability to grow accounts brought into the agency.

● Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

● Exceptional attention to detail.

● Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
