HR Executive

Reclaims Enterprise Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities & Requirements


General

· Maintains accurate records of all current employees' information

· Assist in handling and managing recruitment matters, including onboarding/orientation of new hires & offboarding

· Assist with necessary work-related courses applications

· Submission of employee data in accordance to project/site requirements

· Assist with insurance related matters

· Handle with Heavy Vehicle URA matters


Payroll

· Manage time attendance and process workers' payroll monthly.

· Provide timely and accurate processing of payroll including payroll reports and data in compliance with company's policies and local law and regulations.

· Handles all payroll-related functions such as overtime, allowances, CPF contributions, taxation submission etc.

· Process IR21 and/or any other statutory leave claims with the respective government agencies and government grant matters.




Work Passes

· Manage application, renewal & cancellation of work pass for foreign workers

· Liaise with relevant government agencies to administer the necessary licensing, work pass application, renewal applications, cancellation etc

· Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations



Qualifications

· Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills,

· Possess strong work ethics and keep the information confidential

· Positive work attitude & Able to multitask

· Independent

· Tenacity to work in fast-paced dynamic environment


Work Location: Tuas (office) - 10 Tuas South Street 7 Singapore 637114

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
