- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
- Monitor and analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Understanding of private and public funding regulations.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
