Job description
· Manage the various functions of HR
· Manages Work-pass related matters inclusive of application/renewals, follow-up, appeals, and support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
· Participate in government or statutory board related surveys
· Maintain and update employees’ personal files, and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
· Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports.
· Prepare relevant reports as required by internal stakeholders, such as headcount, payroll, and employee costing allocation for different business units.
· Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding matters
· Assist performance management review process
· Manages full cycle of monthly payroll which includes mid-month payroll, end month payroll and CPF submission
· Responsible for timely payment and submission of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, CPF, FWL waiver.
· Submission of tax clearance, yearly income tax, government paid leave, NS claims and other government claims.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
