Job Description
- Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor workers productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Preventative maintenance and ensure all facilities operate efficiently and conform to operating standards.
- Hands-on in meeting urgent repairs/complaints on M&E services, aircon installation, servicing and maintenance requests.
- Identifying and resolving issues within the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks
- Conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning
- Pre-installation design proposals and installation tasks
- Engaging with customers to assess their requirements and provide information on air conditioning systems
- Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building wear & tear and defects
- Mobilise and supervise subcontractors on M&E installation / rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations
- Comply with company risk assessment and safe work procedures
- Ensure accurate updates/reports are done for all work progress and completion.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
Skills & Competencies
- Relevant Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec with 3 years relevant building works experience and aircon installation /refrigeration system
- Possess relevant certificates will be an added advantages :
· Building Construction Safety Supervisor
· Work-at-Height Course for Assessors
· Core Trade registration in Electrical works
