Our vision of delivering accessible yet uncompromised style has led to a steady expansion of the brand, where we have recently launched our women’s line in April 2024. With this growth, we are having our first ever pop-up event at CIMB Plaza and are looking for ten enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to deliver sales and customer service at our event, helping customers identify and purchase products they desire.
Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist in managing the booth, crowd control, attending to customers, flyer distribution, mending the POS and providing knowledgeable information about our products; training beforehand will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Providing excellent customer service, including product recommendations
- Share detailed information about our range of men’s and women’s shoes, including features, benefits and care instructions
- Handle sales transition efficiently, which includes processing payments and providing receipts
- Maintaining a clean and inviting booth space, which includes restocking and organising products as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages
- Support the team with other task as needed, including promotional activities and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales is a plus point
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in English
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with an engaging personality
- Ability to work in a fast-pace setting and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during peak event hours
