We are looking for a team of specialists who are subject matter expertise in P2P, O2C and R2R processes to support our clients in the implementation of Finance Shared Services Centers projects. Project duration ranges between 6 months to 1 year.

Job Summary:

  • The P2P/O2C/R2R Consultant is responsible for optimizing and managing the end-to-end P2P process within the Shared Services Center. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Assess current P2P/ O2C/ R2R processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and standardization.

System Implementation and Enhancement:

  • Lead or support the implementation of P2P/ O2C/ R2R software and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to enhance existing systems and integrate new technologies.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure P2P/ O2C/ R2R processes comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update P2P policies and procedures as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to align P2P/ O2C/ R2R processes with business needs.
  • Provide training and support to users on P2P/ O2C/ R2R processes and systems.

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
  • Implement strategies for vendor performance management and risk mitigation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the P2P/ O2C/ R2R process.
  • Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Lead or participate in P2P/ O2C/ R2R -related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Change Management:

  • Manage change initiatives related to P2P/ O2C/ R2R process improvements.
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in CPA, CA or PMP is a plus.
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with regional coverage in:

a. P2P, accounts payable, procurement, or related roles,

b. O2C, accounts receivable, sales operations, or related roles.

c. R2R, financial reporting, accounting, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems especially in SAP, SAP S4Hana, Oracle) and other software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
