We are seeking a team of dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analysts with extensive experience in Shared Service Centers and proficient skills in process mapping using Visio. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency within a Shared Service Center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes in client’s Finance and HR organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into detailed process maps using Visio.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to elicit requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions to mitigate issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and system implementations.
- Continuously analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven 8 to 10 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst in a Shared Service Center environment.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping tools, specifically Visio, with the ability to create detailed process flows and diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation practices.
