Job Scope:
We are looking for a dynamic Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our family office team (Wealth & Asset Management), working actively on multi-asset research and investments. As part of a small team, you will be broadly responsible for the following, amongst others:
- Working closely with Family Office Advisors/Portfolio Managers to support and implement wealth management strategies for family office clients in the global market.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the financial markets
- Develop, periodic review and execute comprehensive investment strategies that encompass multi-assets – assets allocation and portfolio construction for client portfolios. Align strategies with the family office's as well as client’s investment objectives and risk tolerance.
- Source, evaluate, and conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments across all asset classes including alternative investments such as venture capital, private equity, private credit and hedge funds
- Monitor existing investments, portfolio, benchmarks, potential return targets, analyse and summarize macroeconomic developments, financial and capital market conditions and industry research from a variety of sources.
- Produce insightful analysis (diagnostics) to improve investment process, risk monitoring, performance attribution and investment decision-making.
- Conducting due diligence on pursued deals, including business diligence and risk underwriting
- Prepare regular portfolio review/performance, investment updates, market trends and insights/recommendation for our internal investment committees/senior management and/or stakeholders as well as clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to multi-asset investments and alternative investments. Implement effective risk management strategies.

Requirements:
Skills:
- A demonstrated and deep interest in investments, including alternative investments such as hedge funds and private equity / venture capital / private credit, and the capital markets
- Financial and Valuation Modelling – familiarity and advanced user of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint with a strong aptitude for learning new IT systems. Knowledge of Bloomberg / Reuters will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills with prowess for working with high volumes of numerical data and transforming this into information helpful for decision making
- Possess a strong drive, initiative, adaptable and be able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player in a family office setting
- Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in area of finance, economics, business preferred
- Fresh graduates and individuals with 0-2 years of related work experience (financial sector) are welcomed to apply too
