- Leverage expertise in Business Process Design to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Conduct Requirements Analysis to ensure that all business requirements are captured and translated into functional specifications.
- Proficiency in Business Process Design and master proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct Requirements Analysis to ensure that all business requirements are captured and translated into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
