Responsibilities:
This role will support the Senior Manager in the administration of operations and tenancy management in Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) building as well as in engagement and outreach efforts:
- Support the organising events; from partners engagement to planning to execution of events
- Support to manage the partnership database information and provide regular reports and analysis
- Support in promotional and outreach efforts to promote the usage of LLI pay-per-use facilities (PPUF)
- Support the managing key PPUF clients such as liaising with clients, assisting to handle clients’ site recce for PPUF including gathering events and tech check arrangements
- Provide monthly reports of relevant Events and PPUF related data (utilisation and revenue); including providing key analysis
- Provide administrative support eg. Digital filing of Executed Tenancy Agreements, Letter of Offers to the digital record system and hard copy filings
- Support in doing market research for PPUF
- Manage contact centre relayed email enquiries for LLI
- Assit in other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Up to 3 years of working experience
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Possess the following qualities: collaborative, adaptable, independent, meticulous, positive attitude and willingness to learn
