Our Client:
Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in Italy. We seek a Regional Project Coordinator to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the store planning team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate travel arrangements and associated requirements for department.
· Assist in preparing budgets, project invoicing and cost analysis.
· Coordinate with Accounting department for invoice payment and follow up.
· Liaise with internal departments and external third parties for minor project work.
· Handle documentation and efficient project administration, including maintaining project documents.
· Manage the creation and processing of purchase orders on SAP system.
Job Requirements
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset, strong follow-up, and prioritization skills.
· Efficient time management to handle multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a culturally diverse team.
· Good knowledge of related computer applications – (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficient in SAP system will be an added advantage
