Job Description & Requirements
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on Sub-contracts for the project, e.g.:-
· Procurement including quantities take-off, compilation of relevant specifications and requirements, forming of work matrix, obtaining quotations, preparing cost comparison and put forward recommendation to the management for the award of the sub-contract.
· Managing the sub-contract subsequent to the sub-contract award including payment, evaluation of variations, etc.
· Carry out other cost estimates and evaluations as required.
· Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying
· Type of experience required: min 8 years in infrastructural project
· Amount of experience: minimum 8 years
