We are seeking a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to focus on new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. While prior experience in the human capital or recruitment industry is beneficial, we value passion, grit, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand HealthMetrics Singapore’s client base
- Develop and implement strategies to target and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide consultative tailored solutions
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase HealthMetrics Singapore’s services
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into new clients
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Provide regular reports on new acquisition activities and results to the management team
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
