Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll cycles and ensure timely submission of payroll reports.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database.
- Manage claims for government-paid leave and handle online submissions.
- Assist in compensation reviews and performance management processes.
- Support bonus distribution, pay reviews, and promotion exercises.
- Administer employee benefits and provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
- Collaborate with business partners to address employee inquiries.
- Take on any additional HR and payroll-related duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant HR or payroll experience.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week.
