Human Resource Business Partner (HRIS)

JOB SUMMARY:


The HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS) will serve as a strategic partner to the business by leveraging HRIS to optimize HR processes, drive data-driven decision-making and enhance employee experience. This role will work closely with HR leadership, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the HRIS meets the evolving needs of the Organisation.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Human Resource Information System

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy and security within the HRIS.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS dashboards and reports to provide insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and employees.
  • Analyze HR data to generate insights that inform HR strategy and business decisions.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement and recommend action plans based on data trends.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects that involve process improvement, change management and technology implementation.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract talents.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings in various job portals, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Partner with Universities and Institutions for Internship and Management Trainee Program.
  • Conduct Onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the Organisation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with new hires to address any concerns or questions and provide on-going support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information System, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing HRIS System.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and abilityt to interpret complex data.
