Job Description
- Involving the tendering process
- Prepare documentation required for the project
- Coordiate with sub-contractors and owners
- Initial project setup and setting up project execution planning and managing the process
- for tender management from development of concept, preparation of tender specification and document to award the projects
- Procurement and scoping of resources, review tenders and plan logistics Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance
- Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site
- Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management
Requirement：
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering
- Min 5 years of working experience in construction industry. With local main-con experience are preferrable.
- Good project management, communication, and good leadership
- Good leadership and organizing abilities
