Jobs Responsibilities
- Validate data uploads and synchronization across systems
- Manual data entry for first time data transitions ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Advise on design and implementation of Project Report Summary from new system
- Liaise between Financial Control, FP&A and functional departments to:
- address data completeness across systems
- reconcile project expenses to GL and related variance analysis
- initiate payments and invoicing for ad hoc transactions to support project managers while they train on new financial systems
- Manually monitor project accruals and budget utilization to verify accuracy of new systems
- Ad hoc financial or systems-related tasks as directed by Head of FP&A
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of FP&A experience
- Familiar with EPM system will be advantageous
