Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the qualification processes for the company's products across all global markets
- Ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with international regulations and customer expectations.
- Lead a team of qualification specialists and work closely with other departments, including project management, product design, regulatory and compliance, production, product management and external parties like suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure seamless qualification processes.
- Develop and implement global qualification strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of qualification plans for new products and updates to existing products
- Responsible for series process and product quality for all products manufactured by external contract manufacturers.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product qualification and compliance
- Engage with customers to understand their qualification needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Engineering
- Experience in Electronics Industry
- Global Experience will be a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality
