My client is seeking individuals who excel at navigating complex IT landscapes, particularly within the Finance sector. Key Responsibilities:
Application Support:
- Provide support for Core Finance Applications, including OneStream XF and Finance Data Warehouse.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing custom reports and integrations.
- Lead discussions and workshops to gather information for new requirements, including reports and integrations.
- Document user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and enhance reports and integrations for finance applications.
- Prepare and execute functional testing scenarios, unit tests, and system integration tests.
- Conduct user training and manage user testing.
- Prepare migration and deployment documentation; participate in CAB and release management processes.
Group Liaison:
- Facilitate and lead discussions with Product and IT owners for all group-owned applications.
- Address end-to-end questions and facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Ensure all changes to finance applications align with group design principles, liaising with Enterprise IT for necessary approvals.
- Participate in group-wide finance application upgrades, ensuring no loss of functionality or service degradation.
Project Management:
- Contribute to project management processes, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, change management, and compliance management.
Domain-Specific Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with OneStream XF and at least 5 years with leading EPM tools such as Anaplan, Jedox, Oracle EPM, etc.
- Strong understanding of EPM planning, budgeting, allocations, consolidation, and MI reporting processes.
- Working knowledge of accounting and chart of accounts.
- Proficiency in MS-SQL and experience with enterprise visualization tools like Power BI.
