Project Manager (Payment Systems/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)
• Location: Central Area
• 5 Days work week
• Salary: up to $9,500 (commensurates with experience) + Attractive Bonus & Benefits
Responsibility:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to payment solutions.
- Create detailed project plans that outline milestones, deliverables, and risk management approaches.
- Oversee the comprehensive management of payment system projects, covering scope definition, resource planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Resolve project issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
- Track and report on project financials, comparing actual costs with budgeted figures.
- Lead regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, operations, and compliance, to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure effective design and implementation of payment systems.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in payment technologies and industry regulations.
Requirement:
- Min of 5 years of working experience in project management, focused on payment systems or financial technology projects.
- Degree in computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or related certifications.
- Project Manager experienced with a strong background in payment systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies and associated security protocols.
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
