SMTP Consult Pte Ltd is a family office concierge service firm that caters to our client’s needs as they immigrate to Singapore. Our goal is to assist our clients with their relocation needs as they settle in Singapore and provide bespoke services based on their specific requirements. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team.


Job Description:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to engage potential clients. This could include organizing events and hosting them.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Create and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and expand the company’s client base.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction with our services.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for effective client interactions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proactive and Driven: A proactive and goal-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
