HR Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, and maintain personnel files.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management or government agencies.
  • Support audits and ensure that HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the HR Specialist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Help in preparing training materials and tracking employee participation.
  • Support the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

HR Projects:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather data for HR-related projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.


Requirments:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or administrative roles is preferred.

Skills:.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., google docs).
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
