Challenges
- Work alongside with Account Manager to assist to source for suitable candidates for their roles
- Establish a long-term cordial partnership with candidates
- End-to-end recruitment (180 Degrees)
- Sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews and offers with both candidates and clients.
- Manage candidates’ job expectation and prepare them for interview
What it Takes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Min 1 year of working experience in related industry
- Candidate who understands the Recruitment Business Nature
- Self-motivated and driven
- Singaporeans only
