Property Executive / Assistant Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Building & Security Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Building & Security Manager in delivering high standards of property management (shopping complexes) for daily operations
  • Managing tenants, including handling lease transitions, addressing defects, overseeing tenant fit-out projects, and enforcing lease terms to ensure compliance with specifications and building regulations
  • Conducting regular inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and coordinating with the maintenance team and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Supervising the performance and service delivery of security, cleaning and landscaping contractors
  • Inspecting common areas of the building to ensure facilities are well maintained
  • Assisting the Building & Security Manager in sourcing and evaluating contractors/vendors, and preparing comparisons for approval
  • Maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships and addressing tenant requests and feedback
  • Coordinating and attending Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in property and facilities management is preferred
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of building services code of practice and relevant statutory requirements for tenancy work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
