Job Description:
· In charge for workers’ time sheet, payroll report, submit bank file,
CPF etc
· Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments, and annual
tax filling for Company such as IR21 AND IR8A
· Recruitment and on-boarding/off-boarding of workers (entire
process)
· Handle Insurance claims matters
· Monitor staff attendance, overtime, MC and leave application of the
staff and maintain respective records.
· Liaise and assist with government agencies on statistic survey,
funding, applications, and claims
· Workers’ application, renewal / cancellation matters
· Support in workplace grievances and disciplinary issues
· Manage the repatriation of work permit holders.
· Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Secondary or HRM-related course of studies
· Minimum 1 year of HR experience
· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
· Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
· Preferable Singaporean
