- Process recruitment through placement of recruitment ads for all job portals
- Shortlisting & coordinating interviews with candidates
- Responsible for following-up with required documents for contract purposes
- Manage employee onboarding process paperwork
- New staff onboarding orientation / exit interview
- Create new employee P-file folder & upload employee personal documents
- Update IMPL HR File for all employee including current or left
- Announce HR memo for JP office
- Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign employee
- Apply foreign worker levy waiver with MOM
- Claim submission for NS portal & SFEC portal
- Upload all HR admin documents to employee p-file folder
- Ad hoc duties
Operations
● Apply long term pass for Jurong Port office staffs
● Arrange training course for JP office
● Update & maintain training records for JP office
● Create IMPL ERP App account for JP office
● Petty cash management for JP office
● Create new ops attendance sheet for JP office
● Verify monthly ops attendance records for JP office
● General admin duties for JP office
● Ad hoc duties
