We’re looking to add an Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore (AMK Headquarter). This role is a 12-month contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position.


As a part of Talent Acquisition team, you will:


Support the formation, implementation and execution of our strategic staffing initiatives, including partnering closely with hiring managers and HR site leaders to proactive source, select and hire diverse top talents to join a high-performing workforce in achieving business goals. You will manage the full cycle of talent acquisition process and ensure positive candidate experiences.


Talent Acquisition Operations


Champion the full cycle of talent acquisition and candidate experience through:

  • Sourcing: Manage external talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations.
  • Selecting: Drive the talent screening process with hiring managers using competency-based interviewing skills to select best-fit candidates.

Corporate Employer Branding and projects

  • Support the design and implementation of employer brand-related campaigns and events with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing to drive Talent Acquisition outcomes.
  • Maintain recruitment knowledge and best practices that comply with fair employment practices and other audit/ regulatory requirements.
  • Support the initiative to elevate hiring practices through design and/or conduct in-house training courses to improve interviewing skills of hiring manager and supervisors.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to build robust recruitment-related system to improve efficiency and quality of new hire.

What skills and experiences are we looking for:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization or a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications & experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment functions, preferably with a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a combination of in-house and agency experience. Experience screening, assessing and selecting prospective top candidates and provide a robust analysis and insight to candidate.
  • Solid experience in talent attraction and acquisition, so you can respond quickly to business needs by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact through finding great talents.
  • Profound knowledge of the latest talent attraction and acquisition tools and techniques, and experience with market mapping and talent research allowing you to enjoy data and insights of talent competitors in the industry.
  • Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good written and spoken English, preferably conversant in a second language
  • Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently
