JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To determine objective and methodologies of the Employment Surveys for the group.
- To design and implement surveys using appropriate tools and platforms to ensure clarity, accuracy of data collected.
- To conduct and administer surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and organisational insights in terms work satisfaction, management & leadership, benefits from employees.
- Monitor survey response rate and provide support to employees encountering any challenges.
- Interpret and analyse the data collected to identify trends, suggestion for improvement, actionable insights.
- Compile comprehensive reports and presentations on the survey findings within stipulated timeline.
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in survey design, administration, data analysis preferably in a HR or organisational development context.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PPT)
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Able to start work immediately
