Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Coordinating external exchanges and receptions, conference affairs, and activities, such as planning, organizing, and preparing various meetings and activities that comply with regulations, the company's external communication through letters and phone calls, and responsible for the company's official external documents and correspondence.
对外交流接待、会务、活动统筹，如策划、组织及筹备各类符合规范的会议及各类活动，公司对外书信、电话等沟通，负责公司官方对外文书信函等。
2. Manuscript Publicity: Responsible for the organization’s external publicity and event reporting. Assist superiors in preparing various documents and materials, copywriting planning, etc.
文稿宣传：负责组织的对外宣传，活动报道。协助上级，并做好各类文书材料编写、文案策划等工作。
3. Organizational operation and maintenance: including but not limited to membership system management, event planning, association publicity, etc.
组织运维：包括但不限于会员系统管理、活动策划、协会宣传等。
4. Responsible for company planning and publicity and product marketing planning.
负责公司企划宣传和产品营销策划工作。
5. Responsible for the company's new media operations, independent maintenance of new media platforms, and corporate culture construction.
负责公司新媒体运营，独立维护新媒体平台，以及企业文化建设工作。
6. Based on publicity needs, put forward feasible promotion and promotion suggestions.
根据宣传需要，提出可行性的促销宣传推广建议。
7. Responsible for writing copywriting for reporting and publicity to enhance the company's brand image.
负责编写文案进行报道宣传，提升公司品牌形象。
8. Design: Company culture wall, website, logo, Outer packaging, picture album, etc. design.
设计：公司文化墙、网站、品牌设计、产品外包装设计、画册等设计。
Job Requirements任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in publicity and design.
本科以上学历，专业为宣传，设计。
2. More than 2 years of work experience in the publicity and planning industry, with strong copywriting skills.
宣传策划行业2年以上工作经验，文案能力强；
3. Have strong planning and program design capabilities.
具备较强的策划能力和方案设计能力；
4. Have the ability and experience in modern new media promotion and application.
具备现代新媒体推广应用能力和经验；
5. Cheerful and optimistic, hard-working, willing to accept higher challenges, and able to withstand greater work pressure.
开朗乐观、吃苦耐劳，乐于接受更高挑战，能承受较大工作压力。
6. Proficient in using various drawing software and related APPs.
熟练使用各种绘图软件及相关APP。
7. Proficient in new media operation rules such as TK, Xiaohongshu, IG, FB, Google Review, etc.
熟练掌握TK、小红书、IG、FB、Google Review等新媒体运营规则。
8. It requires excellent language organization skills and strong writing skills, clear logical thinking, excellent overall planning capabilities, and familiarity with government department policies.
